DOE for Non-Manufacturing
The multifactor tools of design of experiments (DOE), though proven for manufacturing quality improvement, remain underutilized in service, business administration and other transactional processes. This presentation provides a plethora of non-manufacturing DOEs collected over a quarter century of Six Sigma training and consulting. Hopefully this will provide inspiration for more use of this powerful multifactor testing tool.
