Refund Policy

Software and books may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt of payment. Workshop cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Students who fail to attend and who do not cancel prior to the first day of class will be responsible for 50% of the workshop fees.
