Would you like to evaluate the workshop you are interested in first? If so, you are welcome to send someone to the public workshop. If it results in the class being held privately at your location, we will give you a tuition credit for that person's public workshop registration. In order to be eligible for the discount, however, you need to contact Shari Kraber prior to attending the public workshop.

*Minimum Enrollment
All classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment isn't met. Please call before making hotel or flight reservations.

Discount for Multiple Students
If there are three or more registrants from the same company, the fee is reduced by $300 per person on EDME, RSM and MIX workshops.  A $200 per person reduction is available on DDFSS, and STP workshops. Fee includes: course notes, refreshments, and lunches.

State & Local Taxes
All workshops include a $95.00 materials fee which is subject to state and local taxes.

§Optional Software
Many of the workshops above are computer intensive.  In those workshops, you will be given a path to all simulation and data files used in class (which are posted to a special Internet site where you can also link to a free fully-functional, but time-limited copy of Design-Expert® software for use after class). Students can also take advantage of a 20% discount when purchasing software (the discount is reflected in the prices below).

Cancellations, No-Show Fees
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the workshop are subject to a 20% fee to cover our nonrefundable costs (rooms, materials, and meals). No-shows must pay 50% of the course fee. Send a substitute at no penalty.
