New License Installation and Activation
Annual License Renewal Activation After renewing your annual software license you will need to reactivate your software in order to extend your license to its new expiration date. After your renewal order has been processed, please follow the few simple steps below to activate your software: 1. From the "Help" menu choose Activation. Then select Internet Activation. If your license has already expired, when you open the software you will get a screen allowing you to either run the software in Evaluation Mode for 45 days, or to activate the software via Internet Activation or Manual Activation (see below). Please follow the instructions on the screen to activate your software. Manual Activation When you choose Manual Activation, a dialog box appears which has two user codes and fields to enter activation codes. Send the User Code 1 and User Code 2 numbers to Technical Support via e-mail to support@statease.com or by phone (612.378.9449) or fax (612.746.2069).
