New License Installation and Activation

For general installation and activation instructions, please refer to pages 7-11 of the "Getting Started" booklet that came with your software. You will also find the "Getting Started" booklet online in .pdf format at http://www.statease.com/x71ug/DX71-01-GetStarted.pdf.

Annual License Renewal Activation

After renewing your annual software license you will need to reactivate your software in order to extend your license to its new expiration date. After your renewal order has been processed, please follow the few simple steps below to activate your software:

1. From the "Help" menu choose Activation. Then select Internet Activation. 
2. Enter your original password and click OK.

Your activation should be updated.

If your license has already expired, when you open the software you will get a screen allowing you to either run the software in Evaluation Mode for 45 days, or to activate the software via Internet Activation or Manual Activation (see below). Please follow the instructions on the screen to activate your software.

Manual Activation

When you choose Manual Activation, a dialog box appears which has two user codes and fields to enter registration keys. Send us the following information:

Serial number:

Deactivation

If you need to move the software to a new computer, you must deactivate it on the old computer first. This can be done from the Help/Activation... menu by choosing the deactivate option. Also, when you uninstall the software you are given an opportunity to deactivate. In either case, you will need to provide your activation password.
